Job Title: Food Service Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at Hanley Corporation. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Stock and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Setting: Our Food Service Attendant will work in a coffee shop or food service establishment, providing exceptional customer service and preparing and serving food to customers.
Supervision: The Food Service Attendant will be supervised by Food Service Counter Attendants and Food Preparers.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. The work is physically demanding and requires the ability to work under pressure.
Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
