Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a motivated Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food to our customers. Your main duties will include operating the cash register, handling customer transactions, preparing food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Prepare food and drinks to order, including sandwiches, salads, and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, food preparation area, and dining area
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
