About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. They will also maintain work records and logs, provide customer service, and advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Personnel: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, as well as respond to emergency situations
  • Maintenance and Operations: Assist with maintenance of communications equipment, operate radio equipment, and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, and respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be physically demanding, have efficient interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
