About the Job:

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, overseeing office administrative procedures, overseeing payroll administration, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

 

Responsibilities:

Priorities and Procedures:

  • Implement new administrative procedures: Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Delegate work to office support staff: Effectively delegate tasks to team members, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and deadlines.
  • Establish work priorities: Set and prioritize tasks based on business needs, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee office administrative procedures: Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and files.
  • Oversee payroll administration: Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures: Analyze financial data, develop budgets, and track expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.

Supervision:

  • Supervise 1-2 team members: Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry, is necessary.

 

Work Environment:

This role requires working at a physical location, with no option for remote work.

 

Language and Communication:

English: Fluency in English is essential for communication with colleagues and clients.

 

Transportation and Travel:

Public transportation: Public transportation is available for commuting to work.

 

Additional Information:

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
