About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Canada, ULC. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business value through the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain IT Infrastructure

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including web server hardware and software. This will involve working closely with our IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Implement IT Solutions

You will work with our business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop IT solutions to meet those needs. This will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, and ensuring that they meet the needs of our business.

Collaborate with IT Team

You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that IT solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Provide Technical Support

You will provide technical support to our business stakeholders, including training and documentation to ensure that they are able to use IT solutions effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

You will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience

You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and business analysis.

Skills

You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. You will also have experience with IT service management tools and methodologies.
