Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 people to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Control Daily Operations: Direct and evaluate daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks to ensure efficient store performance.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitors' operations, and develop effective marketing plans to drive sales growth.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Analyze sales data and manage store budgets to ensure profitability and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail or convenience store management role.
  • Personal Qualities: Adaptability, analytical skills, collaborative attitude, efficiency, energetic personality, goal-oriented, integrity, positive attitude, proactive approach, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask.
