Job Summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and systems that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals and value are aligned with IT roadmaps
  • Ensure quality practices are followed while the team delivers projects and services, including benefits reviews, process and requirements assessments, design quality, testing, and deployment
  • Manage day-to-day sustainment activities executed by partners for all layers of support
  • Advise leadership teams on strategy and roadmaps
  • Mitigate risks and resolve escalated issues
  • Oversee delivery of IT projects and resources, ensuring quality, adherence to PMO process, and alignment to stakeholder expectations
  • Manage portfolio project financials, forecasting, and resource cost allocations
  • Lead both sustainment and project team members

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of practical experience in analysis, delivering solutions, and a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
  • Passion for turning curiosity-driven creativity into valued outcomes
  • Strong system and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Technical experience in multiple technology domains and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value
  • Prior experience building or supporting custom applications
  • Prior experience selecting, configuring, and deploying COTS applications
  • Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and help coach/lead junior team members
