Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to departmental planning, providing input on process and procedure, and supporting the definition and planning initiatives of senior management, stakeholders, and department heads.

The Associate Producer will work closely with the Senior Producer and Director of Logistics to coordinate project roadmap planning, keep the ticket management system curated, and support Department Heads in their effort to have their team execute the plan.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to departmental planning and provide input on process and procedure.
  • Support the definition and planning initiatives of senior management, stakeholders, and department heads.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Effective written and verbal skills in English and French.
  • Technology Savvy and Agile Management; good knowledge of project management software.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
