About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd o/a Craft Beer Market. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, as well as supervising cooks and other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Leadership and dependability
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player with attention to detail
