Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train office staff, including new hires and existing employees.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Conflict Resolution and Payroll Administration
    • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
    • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week.
