Job Summary

Think Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and recommend changes to procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
