Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing duties as workers supervised.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • Skillset: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Large workload, Standing for extended periods
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, Dependability, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
