The Properties and Services Director is a senior leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic plans for property management and services. This includes leading a team of facilities managers, coordinators, and other support staff to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained, and our services meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in property management, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You will need to be able to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent writing, oral communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in compliance with OH&S Act and Regulations, abide by The Salvation Army's health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality while working as part of a larger team.
