Job Title: Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team at KMC Mining Corporation. As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty equipment, instructing apprentices, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Instruct apprentices in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
