About the Role:
  • Support the ETF Director in providing high-level customer service and performing administrative tasks to respond to client requests.
  • Participate in business development by identifying opportunities and supporting account managers in growing client relationships and profitability.
  • Open accounts, review transactions, and provide superior customer service to ETF clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage customer accounts and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Perform administrative tasks independently and resolve issues to improve processes.
  • Master business processes and industry practices.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks associated with Custody, Fund Administration, and ETF Servicing.
About the Team:

As an Associate Account Manager, you will report to the Director of ETF Servicing and support the team in their daily activities and client relationships. You will interact with various partners and external organizations across Canada, and have the opportunity to learn and develop within a team that values customer satisfaction, teamwork, and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience and/or knowledge of Mutual Fund and ETF services is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Fund Accounting, ETF Administration, and Custody is required.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to use collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and independence.
