Job Title: Associate Account Manager

About the Role:

As an Associate Account Manager, you will support the ETF Director by providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks to respond to individual client requests.

  • Support ETF Director in providing high-level customer service and performing administrative tasks.
  • Participate in business development by identifying business opportunities and supporting account managers in growing client opportunities and profitability.
  • Open accounts and review transactions for clients.
  • Provide superior customer service to ETF clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage customer accounts and follow-up business opportunities.
  • Perform administrative tasks independently and resolve problematic situations.
  • Master business processes and industry practices.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks inherent to Custody, Fund Administration, and ETF Servicing.
About the Team:

You will report to the Director of ETF Servicing and support the Director in their daily activities and client management.

You will interact with the Bank's partners and external organizations across Canada.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
  • Work experience and/or knowledge of Mutual Fund and ETF services is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Fund Accounting activities, NAV calculation, and reconciliation breaks.
  • Experience with ETF Administration, Portfolio Composition File (PCF), and create/redeem orders.
  • Experience with Custody for trade settlement and cash breaks.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel and the ability to use collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and independence.
