Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations: Assist the store manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting sales.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Loss Prevention: Assist in preventing and investigating shoplifting and other forms of loss.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Electronic products store, retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, team player.
