The Big Dollar Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Logistics Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and overseeing operational logistics. You will also be required to co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees by participating in government or community programs that support them. This may involve assisting with immediate settlement needs, supporting social and labour market integration, and recruiting newcomers who were displaced by conflict or natural disaster.

In addition, you will contribute to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture by participating in initiatives that support Indigenous people and visible minorities. This may involve offering mentorship opportunities, providing cultural competency training, and facilitating access to Elders.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a related field, a secondary school graduation certificate, and excellent organizational and communication skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
