About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, delivering evidence-based interventions in the children's home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting to identify areas of need and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address client-centered goals and promote skill development.
  • Engage with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure effective coaching and support.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers.
Requirements
  • Pediatrics experience and a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ADP authorizer status is an asset.
