Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Leadership professional to join our team at New Line Skateparks. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control construction costs, materials, and labor
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction plans align with design intent
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction leadership, with a focus on skatepark construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Experience with construction software and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
