Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Leadership professional to join our team at New Line Skateparks. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control construction costs, labor, and materials.
  • Identify and mitigate potential construction risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction leadership, with a focus on framing, excavation, and concrete work.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, rebar and form installation, concrete volumes, and finishing techniques.
  • Experience with concrete line pumps and shotcrete applications is an asset.
  • Health and Safety certifications are a must.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
