Project Management Team Lead

The automotive dealership industry is rapidly evolving, and PBS is at the forefront of innovation. We are seeking a skilled Project Management Team Lead to support our growth and development.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project teams to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support. You will also ensure that project management processes and workflows are followed, and that projects remain on schedule.
With a minimum of two PBS Certifications, you will have a good understanding of all aspects of project management. Your ability to provide constructive criticism and feedback will support ongoing training and development. You will also be able to effectively communicate and convey expectations and project information to the project team, internal and external stakeholders.
You will be required to travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America, visiting dealerships for Discovery, Install, and Follow-up visits. In addition, you will work closely with the Director of Project Management to support any tasks as may be required.
