Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Act as a technical consultant in the field of automotive repair, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Communication: Answer written and oral inquiries from clients, providing clear and concise information on automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange for billing and receive payments from clients, ensuring seamless administrative processes.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, promoting our services and products.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the field of automotive repair or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, private sector, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, business, automobile, garage.
