At CB Canada, we're seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless customs clearance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customs clearance and confirm declarations for repetitive and non-complex shipments using the CCBS system.
  • Handle delivery service and import permits requests, gathering and sending necessary documentation to the government.
  • Collaborate with clients, drivers, customs, and other offices to resolve discrepancies and answer standard questions.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in customs operations or a related field.
  • College degree in Logistics or International Trade.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with intermediate level proficiency.
  • Knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations, as well as the Harmonized System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
