Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Chatime Metrotown. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and supervising staff.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Leading and instructing individuals, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and providing customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability and reliability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
