Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at JD Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store leadership team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar format to JD Group.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to control costs, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
