Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Chatime Metrotown. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service and operational procedures.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Leading and instructing individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or in a supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
