Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including the installation of gardens, patios, and other outdoor features.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including hours worked, materials used, and any issues that may arise.
- Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including residential and commercial properties. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
