At Roy Construction Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing grounds maintenance, landscaping construction, and staff supervision.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise grounds maintenance and landscaping construction projects.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve work problems by providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Physically demanding.
- Attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Setting
Various locations.
Working Hours
40 hours per week.
