About Our Client

Royal City Recruitment Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. This exciting opportunity has a strong focus on Mutual Fund Products and offers a unique combination of base salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by providing high-quality sales and financial services advice.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliant sales practices.
  • Drive sales growth in investments and life insurance through outbound prospecting and new client acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the development and sustainable growth of the agency's investment assets.
  • Engage with prospects to proactively build a sales pipeline and develop marketing plans.
  • Conduct needs analyses, review client financial goals, and provide recommendations in alignment with Know Your Client requirements.
  • Participate in events to create brand awareness and develop community contacts.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in the financial services industry, including experience in investment and life product sales.
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
  • Life License and Mutual Funds License.
  • Working towards a Financial Planning designation, such as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) or Professional Financial Advisor (PFA) designation(s).
What to Expect
  • Regular travel and extended work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strict confidentiality with respect to client's medical history, financial status, and other personal information.
  • Subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
