Experienced Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Savers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
About UsSavers is a purpose-driven company that champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.
- A competitive salary range of $16.75-$17.50 per hour, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
