We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Operations Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing and empowering your team members to achieve their full potential.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of retail professionals to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce shrinkage, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge, and provide opportunities for career advancement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and drive business results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail leadership or management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing shrinkage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
