Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral networks, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the mortgage application and processing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage sales, business development, or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
- Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements.
- Functional knowledge of personal banking, investments, trust services, business and commercial lending, and cash management.
