We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Listed Sustainable Energy Group, where you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and analyzing public energy opportunities.
Your primary goal will be to enhance the risk and return characteristics of our SEG portfolio through strategic investments in traditional and renewable energy companies.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have commensurate years of relevant work experience in the energy and renewables sector, with prior experience in public energy and/or renewables being preferred.
You will possess strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, including DCF and financial modeling expertise.
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is required, with a CPA, CFA, or CFA Candidate designation being advantageous.
As a team player, you will enjoy a high-performing culture and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and initiative.
You will also have a solid understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other financial data portals.
This role requires willingness and ability to travel and collaborate seamlessly with our listed real assets, strategy, and private asset teams.
Key Responsibilities- Examine and analyze potential listed energy investments using financial models and various quantitative and qualitative analytical tools.
- Build dynamic financial models to analyze investment opportunities and perform detailed valuation analysis.
- Compile industry and market data to identify emerging trends and assess potential investment opportunities.
- Remain current on market and industry developments to help frame investment strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting Investment Committee memoranda; participate in Investment Committee discussions.

Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
