Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at West Fraser Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, assist guests with special needs, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
