Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development
    • Design and deliver career development programs that align with the Career Development Model and meet the needs of our students.
    • Collaborate with faculty, colleagues, and external partners to develop and implement programs that enhance student learning and career readiness.
  • Program Delivery
    • Deliver high-quality career development programs to students, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
    • Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Program Evaluation
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of career development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Collect and analyze data to inform program development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with faculty, colleagues, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on career development initiatives.
    • Communicate program outcomes and impact to stakeholders, including students, faculty, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, such as education, psychology, or business.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of three to four years of experience in career development, education, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education
    • Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience
    • Experience working in a higher education setting.
    • Experience designing and delivering career development programs.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
    • Experience with learning management systems and other educational technologies.
