Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our wealth advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide superior customer service to clients and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner
* Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and necessary transaction adjustments
* Analyze, open, and update client files, and produce portfolio management reports
* Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

Requirements

* Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
* Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and customer service skills
