Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
