About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Morning Opener to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Morning Opener, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during the early morning hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Product Preparation: Prepare and present food and beverages to our high standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system to process transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work between 4am and 1pm, including weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and customer base.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kg, and operate heavy equipment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
