Member Experience Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned supervisor to join our Member Experience team at Movati Athletic. As a Member Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating staff to deliver exceptional member experiences.
This role involves acting as a delegate to the Experience Manager and sharing your expertise to drive sales goals and targets. You will interact with members and potential members to ensure they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.
Your typical workday will involve matching new members' unique needs with the right Club products, services, and people. You will also answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve concerns, and make sure members and guests feel welcome.
Key Qualifications- At least 2+ years of related customer experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
You should be able to articulate how you have achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences. Additionally, you must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, days, afternoons, and weekends.
Competitive Total Compensation PackageWe offer an industry-leading base salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, commission, group benefits, complimentary membership, and leadership training to help you continuously develop and grow.
