- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or sales operations roles, preferably in the HVAC and/or Building Automation System industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in English communication skills, bilingualism (French) is an asset.
