Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Centura Immigration Service Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, training staff, and overseeing administrative procedures
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Train staff on new administrative procedures and ensure they are aware of their roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language and Work Environment:
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week
