Stationary Engineer

About the Role
The 4th Class Stationary Engineman plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to manage and maintain complex building systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and prevent damage.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely support to occupants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
- Stationary Engineman certification (MMF class 4)
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and mechanical equipment operation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintenance management software
