Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation and Production Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct general cleaning services at assigned client sites, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direction and support to assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to complete tasks effectively.
  • Review work orders daily, communicate with other associates as needed, and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Inspect materials and equipment prior to each job, ensuring they are in good working order and loaded on company vehicles.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Prepare requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
  • Responsible for all aspects of equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and ensuring ServiceMaster equipment is used to its fullest potential.
  • Complete jobs to specifications, manage work assignments, and ensure materials and equipment are recorded on work orders.
  • Inspect work completed to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate customer inspections, request signatures, and process payments for work completed.
  • Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously, taking a personal interest in providing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to Crew Helpers and Technicians to complete jobs in accordance with specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working order.
  • Keep vehicle interiors neat and clean.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business and services offered, advising customers appropriately and qualifying jobs for completion.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the production team and training workshops as required.
  • Help train new crew helpers/technicians in accordance with ServiceMaster standards.
  • Coordinate ongoing training of production staff in all relevant aspects of production and safety.
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client-facing activities.
  • Establish positive rapport with clients when possible.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds client expectations.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies.
  • Adhere to all company workplace policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; IICRC Certifications considered an asset.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in cleaning services/restoration services.
  • Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Valid G-Class Driver's License required.
