About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our team at Premiere Custom Millwork and Fireplace Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating computerized and manual woodworking machines to fabricate high-quality wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, program, and operate computerized or manual woodworking machines to fabricate wood products
  • Fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products
  • Operate gluing machines to glue pieces of wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure accurate production
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
