Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Nordic Cashier at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling Nordic tickets, rentals, merchandise, lessons, and tours, as well as handling cash and balancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and perform daily cash procedures with accuracy.
  • Dispense tickets, vouchers, and rental forms, and ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
  • Complete daily tasks such as filing, cleaning, and general maintenance.
  • Provide guests with resort information and promote Nordic products and services.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the resort and its products to provide excellent guest service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
