Job Title: Nordic Cashier

The Nordic Cashier is the primary point of contact for guests at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and perform daily cash procedures with accuracy.
  • Dispense tickets, vouchers, and rental forms, and ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
  • Complete daily tasks such as filing, cleaning, and general maintenance.
  • Provide guests with resort information and promote Nordic merchandise and lesson/tour products.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and be available to work in other areas of the resort.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the Raven Lodge by adhering to set safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of resort products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
