We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Nordic Cashier to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for selling Nordic tickets, rentals, merchandise, lessons, and tours, as well as handling cash and providing excellent customer service.

• Operate the POS system and perform daily cash procedures with accuracy.
• Dispense tickets and vouchers, and issue or attach rental forms as needed.
• Complete daily tasks such as filing, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Ensure retail merchandise is properly stocked and faced.
• Notify supervisors of low stock levels.
• Use radios and answer phones and emails in a polite and efficient manner.
• Upsell products by informing guests of Nordic merchandise and lesson/tour products.
• Stay up-to-date on retail products and lesson availability.
• General knowledge of the resort, including trails, biathlon range, and alpine area.
• Work in various areas of the resort, including outdoors.
• Ensure safety and security of the Raven Lodge.
• Participate in product knowledge sessions and stay updated on Nordic merchandise.
• Match guests' needs with available lessons and book accordingly.
• Take reservations and upsell lesson and activity packages.

• Be the face of the Raven Lodge and first point of contact for guests.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of in-house departments and products.
• Be prepared to switch locations at short notice.
• Be aware of program numbers and communicate staffing needs to supervisors.

• Adhere to Mount Washington Alpine Resort policies and procedures.
• Be quick to learn and self-motivate, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Have schedule flexibility and be a team player.
• Provide strong guest service skills and be able to up-sell products.
• Be able to sit and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Perform additional duties as required.
