About the Role:
Culinary Professional sought by Flavours & roll restaurant catering to plan menus, estimate food requirements, and maintain inventory and records. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and 2+ years of experience in cooking and menu planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus and recipes for the restaurant
- Maintain inventory and ordering systems for food and supplies
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Ensure adherence to food safety and handling protocols
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2+ years of experience in cooking and menu planning
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
