Summary:
Join Edo Japan, a renowned culinary leader, as a Chef de Cuisines and contribute to the creation of exceptional dining experiences. As a seasoned culinary professional, you will oversee kitchen operations, train team members, and maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities, menu items, and kitchen demands.
